Deliveries will be shipped via International or Local Postal Operator depending on the weight and value. (Standard cost 10 EUR). Within European Union borders. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY – – THIS SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures. 

We will advise you to avoid any disagreements to contact us directly via our phone via our email [email protected]  before placing an order, which requires international delivery.

RETURNS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 14 days.

Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of S.C.Center.

We ask you to check your order as soon as you receive it. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receiving your order you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit within the 14 days we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us. 

RETURN REQUESTS

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE: Please explain the type of issue which most closely corresponds to the reason for your return.

Please explain in as much detail as possible the problem with the product that you wish to return. Descriptions such as ‘it doesn’t work’ or ‘it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do’ do not clearly outline the issue and will be refused. It is necessary to provide a clear, detailed, and precise description of the way in which the product is faulty in order to proceed with the return.

Once the draft is sent, our Support Team will check it. If all the descriptions of the issue/s are in line with our general terms and conditions, you will be notified that your draft has been preapproved. In the case of the Support Team not accepting the description, you will be notified by email so that you can revise it and carry out the necessary.

REFUND

Your item(s) will be refunded in full using the payment method you used to place your order. We are not able to refund through any payment option. We will make the refund as soon as possible, but this may take up from 3 – 10 working days (depending on your payment method) for the payment to get to your account due to bank processes and procedures.
